About Vouchly AI
Vouchly AI is an AI visibility tool for local businesses. It checks whether ChatGPT and Google recommend a business when customers ask for the best in their city, shows who is named instead, and gives a ranked list of fixes — then re-checks every month.
Why it exists
Customers increasingly ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling a page of links. 45% of consumers now use ChatGPT or other AI tools for local business recommendations, according to BrightLocal’s 2026 survey. The answer names about four businesses. Most owners have no idea whether they are one of them, because nothing tells them — the customer simply calls someone else.
What it does
- Asks ChatGPT and Google the 16 questions customers in your trade and city are most likely to ask, twice each.
- Scores how often your business is named.
- Lists the competitors named instead of you.
- Reads the sources the answers cite and turns them into fixes, in order of what moves the score.
- Re-checks monthly (weekly on Pro) so you can see what changed.
What it will not do
Vouchly AI does not promise a recommendation — nobody honestly can — and it never asks for your customers’ data or account passwords. It only reads what is already public about your business.
Which Vouchly?
Several unrelated products use the name Vouchly. Vouchly AI is the one at vouchlyai.net: the AI visibility tool that checks whether ChatGPT and Google recommend local businesses. It isn’t a networking, testimonial or review-collection product.
